Office Locations

We have three office locations, one located on the grounds of Holy Cross Hospital (in Fort Lauderdale), one in central Plantation, and one in Delray Beach.

Public Transportation Information: The bus stops in front of offices. Ample free and Handicap parking

Our staff includes a registered nurse, who can answer any questions regarding your medications and labwork, and our staff also includes persons bilingual in Spanish.

Office Hours

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Our phones are answered by an answering service from 12-1:30pm but our office is still open.

Our doctors are available at our central office number 24 hours a day.
